Energy efficient home

After all these years, I never thought I would be star struck by a house. This house is unbelievable. The guy went crazy, of course that's why it is not finished and in forclosure. The roof is copper, thermo heat 12" joists and studs, central control pannel to control heat and lights all over the house. The guy was an engineer and I am amazed that he put so much into this house and lost it. It is an incredible buy for someone who can finish the little bit left. It definitly is worth more than the 200K the bank is asking. It was great to see the statistics for mid year showing that prices have leveled out and in some areas increased in value. Great news for homeowners who have been waiting to move. The interest rates are great and the increased activity of buyers is good news all around.
